Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is processed (the processing time for an order is 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday), your package will be shipped.

  • Order delivery is 5 to 7 business days, including the processing time, and is completed from Monday to Friday.

 

Shipping Costs

No additional shipping costs are applied to your order.

 

In Case of Loss or Theft

  • If your package is lost or stolen, we invite you to contact us immediately by email at poupou.shopy@gmail.com or by phone at +33 6 51 86 37 06. We will directly process your case and will ship a new package at our expense.

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Law on Distance Contracts, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
  • If your return is accepted, the return shipping costs will be covered by Poupou Shop. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
