Delivery Processing Times

Once your order is processed (The order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from Monday to Friday), your package will be shipped.

The delivery time is 5 to 7 business days including the processing time from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs

No additional shipping costs are applied to your order.

In case of loss or theft

If your package is lost or stolen, we invite you to contact us immediately by email at poupou.shopy@gmail.com or by phone at +33 6 51 86 37 06. We will handle your case directly and ship a new package at our expense.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order.

To exercise this right, please contact us at the email address poupou.shopy@gmail.com mentioning your order number.

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or traces of use.

If your return is accepted, the return shipping costs will be covered by Poupou Shop. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions related to the return at poupou.shopy@gmail.com. We will give you a full refund within 5 to 10 days of receiving the returned product.
